I offer a number of training options to help founders/CEOs and their senior teams.

Strengthening teams is essential to you stepping back from the day-to-day running and growth of your business. I’ve developed People and Culture training for several business accelerator programmes including the Royal Academy of Engineering’s SME Leaders and the Advanced Propulsion Centre’s Technology Developer Accelerator Programme.

Below are training options I’ve already developed and I can design bespoke training for your company.

TEAM BUILDING

We use psychometric testing to profile each team member, then hold an online three-hour workshop with your team so they understand how they can work best together.

MANAGEMENT TRAINING

A series of six live online workshops for your managers, so they know how to bring out the best from colleagues, whether that’s working remotely or in the same location.
