The model was developed over years of being a ‘right-hand woman‘ in both the corporate and investment banking worlds. Managing large transformation programmes gave Lisa unique insights into how to structure and manage teams through times of change.

She learned that success is grounded in resilience, energy, accountability and leadership. But seeing so many business owners burning themselves out and falling out of love with their businesses, made her determined to provide a practical solution.
